Good Food could bring the world together if we all just took the time out to set aside our differences and savor...

Mini Quiche Day!!!

Hey Guys! So this past Friday the 13th (yesterday) I went on a cooking spree and I started that spree with MINI QUICHE!!!! I personally love that flaky crust with the compliment of the fluffy egg and everything you've put in it! It's such a great Breakfast treat!

I suggest keeping your dough as thick as possible. I love a thick Quiche dough because it really compliments the egg. Kind of like a biscuit! Yuuuummm!!! It goes so well when you put bacon in there too. It's almost like a bacon egg and cheese! If you put cheese on top!

Now the best part about Quiche is that you can virtually put anything in it! Like a lot of people are  into your main Quiches and only think those can be made.

Au Contraire Mon Friar!!!! If it tastes good with egg then For Heavens Sake! Put It In There!

This recipe is for a Breakfast Quiche!!

Pie Crust Dough!

Here's everything you'll need:

1 and 1/2 cup flour (seperate the 1/2 into 2 1/4's) leave 1/4 for rolling
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 stick of unsalted butter. Cube it! Let it get soft!
4 teaspoons of cold water. Just enough to hold it together!

Makes 6!

Mix all of your dry ingredients together in one bowl.
Add your butter and water and squeeze/mix with your fingers until it all holds together. Add a little bit of flour if it begins to stick to your bowl.
Begin to flour your surface. Split your dough into 6 even little balls and begin to roll those babies out!
Once rolled out flour your tin and your dough and place then inside evenly!
Like So!

Delicious Quichey insides!!!

Here's what you need:

6 Eggs
2 Red Potatoes, peel em babeh!
1/4 of a red onion
3 strips of BACON! thats been cut into squares

First peel and cut your potatoes into small squares. Then cut up your onion to about the same size. Don't forget the bacon!
Heat up a skillet and toss in your bacon. Cook until almost how you enjoy it. Personally I LOVE my Bacon crunchy!
Add in your potatoes, and onions and cook until done! Season appropriately!
Wisk all 6 eggs together!
Now drop your cooked mix into each cup evenly and add you egg overtop!
Sprinkle with cheese if you'd like! I enjoy a good Mozzarella!
Bake at 350 for about 15-20 mins or until done and enjoy!

BowTies rock!

I am here because I love to cook good foods and I like to try new things out! Plus I consider myself a pretty good chef and an even better baker! I would like to share some secrets to cooking, recipes and even culinary journeys with you. I'd like to recommend cookbooks to read and sometime I might even make a youtube demo.
I believe that life is best enjoyed with good food around, so why not share when you can. I am going to make this like my digital cookbook. I'll take at least one picture of everything I make so you know I actually tried this recipe. Now most of these recipes will be mine, or something I tried and changed to fit some new need. I believe in Copy Rights people so do know that I have covered my bases. Because a lot of these are things I've done before.
Some will be things that I just threw together that night and will put on the site because it was a late night meal or  something. I will tell you if it turned out good, bad, ok and so on. Those will be some of the culinary journals I will be keeping.
I can't promise an update everyday but I can promise some fun and a good laugh!

Get ready because when EyeBeezy Eats...she EATS!

My coworkers sometimes say I look like SideShow Bob...
